01 How do I link a patient to my caregiver account?
Open the side menu by tapping the Vela Vision logo at the top of the app, then tap Link Code. Share the 8-character code with your patient — they enter it in their app under the same menu. Once confirmed, you'll see their data on your dashboard.
02 How do I add family members or other caregivers?
Go to the Care Team tab and tap Invite. Enter their email address and choose their role (family member or paid aide). They'll receive a link — once they download the app and sign up, they're automatically added to the care team. Inviting others requires a Starter or Unlimited plan.
03 Why isn't my data loading?
Our server may be waking up after a period of inactivity (we're on a free hosting tier — first load can take ~30 seconds). Pull down to refresh and wait a moment. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
04 What subscription plans are available?
We offer two paid plans: Starter ($9.99/mo) which includes up to 2 care team seats, and Unlimited ($14.99/mo) with unlimited seats and premium features. A free tier is available with limited functionality. You can upgrade anytime from the app.
05 How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Vela Vision, and tap Cancel Subscription to cancel or change your plan. Changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
